1. Q. What style of residence is available for Corporate Home accommodation?
A. The majority of our Corporate Homes are one bedroom or one bedroom corner styles. Two bedroom apartments are also available.
2. Q. What is the minimum length of my lease term?
A. The minimum lease term is 30 days. Many of our guests however stay 6 months or longer.
3. Q What services and accommodations are provided with Corporate Home?
A. All Corporate Homes are fully furnished including: a deluxe furniture package, a fully equipped kitchen (full set of dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and flatware), linens and towels and electronics (television DVD and clock radio). All utilities are included (electricity*, waste water/water, expanded basic cable with HBO, and local telephone service). Maid service is available.

4. Q. How can I pay for my Corporate Home?
A. We offer a variety of different billing options. You can be billed monthly and make payment by check, money order or an approved credit card. Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) are automatically billed on the first of each month.
5. Q. Is a security deposit required?
A. A security deposit is required, usually charged to a valid approved credit card, in the form of a $500 deposit per apartment. The deposit is fully refundable provided all terms of occupancy are honored and there are no damages other than normal wear and tear.
6. Q. How much notice must I give when it comes time to leave my Corporate Home?
A. We require 14-30 days written notice. A notice form is provided for you to deliver to either the leasing office or the front desk, if after hours.
7. Q. How do I make a reservation?
A. Please contact us as soon as possible prior to your planned stay in Pittsburgh. We only have a limited number of Corporate Homes and we are the preferred destination. Simply call our leasing office (412) 391-6730, and we will do our best to make your stay in Pittsburgh elegant and enjoyable, a true home away from home.
